Similar to what tay just said but let me expound a bit moreZoom out a lil more. Lesser of two evils is a doom loop. Status quo makes it easy for the next candidate to make "breaking the system" sound attractive when they feel like they been getting nowhere regardless of the promises they keep hearing but not being kept.
Status quo doesn't work.
I do not see in our lifetime a change in the two party system on the federal level
So you're going to either play the game or not play it
I agree with your sentiment but just want to add that I don't think under the current system, there is going to be any candidate that's going to break the system so I have to ask myself, what things am I going to be ok with within this system
I've already listed a few things that would've at minimum remained the same under Kamala. Even if the bar is in hell, the only direction a better candidate can go is up
Saying, hmm, the bar is in hell but I wonder what's lower than that is what's happening now
Bill Burr has a joke where he says, at no point in history, would he wanna be anything other than white, or something to that. But now we are living in a time where white people are making decisions cause of some falsehood of being pushed out of the workplace, society, etc. They are victims in this make believe world they've fabricated out of thin air and have convinced poor whites, Hispanics, Indians, etc that they too should feel the same about others.
I still contend Kamala, whether status quo or slightly better is infinitely better than what the everyday American has currently under this administration
