I agree, I was entertained through out. These niggas just in here being niggas, expecting oscar type performances and shit. The first didn't even have that.

Felt like a long Saturday Night Live skit instead of a movie. Didn’t care for the son at all. Good to see all of em together but the whole thing just felt more like a reunion special than a real, genuine movie sequel. May we never speak of this again.

My thorough non-bias objective analytical review:
It was cool...better than I expected which was low anyway due to it taking so damn long to make, but it wasn't all the way terrible....a lot of very funny nostalgia jokes for me but you can see the low budgetness of the movie and that's what did it for me....should've been rated R and with more money behind it and a better overall story(which to me was ass because this took so long to get done) this would've been dope....the barbershop niggas should've been dead or at least waaaaay OLDER they can't cut no more but they will cut yo ass up in the corner all day type shit....lol
I will watch again tho cuz it had alot of jokes that I was lmao at and I need to hear again and didn't wanna take 4 hrs to watch the movie rewinding back and forth

When they did the scene in the McDowell's for dinner I was like wtf....this is not gonna be good...alot of the comedy relief saved it from being real bad imo
Oh and then it became a stage play and niggas started singing and rapping.....smh

I liked it. Made me laugh throughout. Wesley is a genuinely funny dude. You could tell that they gave him a lot of freedom with the character.
I won’t front, the saving grace from making the film unwatchable was Wesley & some of the jokes.
Lisa mcdowell still fine all these years later.
