The document posted is an LLC filing. for these you can list an agent and a member of the LLC, but that don't mean the member is the SOLE owner of the LLC.
to see if nipsey owned something you would need to see the actual OPERATING AGREEMENT, and that isnt public information. nipsey could be 90% owner and david gross only 10%, and the operating agreement would say that and then say "for purposes of filings david gross will use his name"
