There's black latinos, so we're obviously talkin about "white" latinos , like J.lo for example. But even that's it's own convo cuz for example ricans have black roots. Latinos in certain areas grew up black, in the culture, hence hip hop being created by blacks and latinos. Fat joe identifies as black. It's just different here.

I thought folks...especially ones who grew up in NYC...never had an issue wit this? Mainly b/c Blacks & Puerto Ricans/Dominicand have been so intertwined, that they all get treated the same.

Fake outrage. I agree no one outside of the black race should use the term but how that man interacts offline ain’t nobody business. See and you just highlighted another thing. Those MS niggas can't say nigga. Not ALL, but mostly mexicans and Salvadorians stick to their culture over here, they don't really mix with the blacks too much. But the ricans/dominicans/etc are in the culture. We identify the different types of latinos.

But when I talked to @Kandy about that shit a while back she said in Texas they're all considered mexicans for the most part lol

I see growing up in it is different but in that video Fat Joe seems to separate himself from being black.

I get the nationality and ethnicity difference and all being apart of a same culture but shit just ain't for me but hey everybody has what they will allow and won't for whatever reason they see fit.
