I think chicity summed it up, it depends on where u were raised. In certain areas latinos saying nigga is an everyday thing, but other areas it's not allowed. I grew up in an area where that shit was common, blacks and latinos could say it, but not anybody else.
There's black latinos, so we're obviously talkin about "white" latinos , like J.lo for example. But even that's it's own convo cuz for example ricans have black roots. Latinos in certain areas grew up black, in the culture, hence hip hop being created by blacks and latinos. Fat joe identifies as black. It's just different here.
