Write to the local politicians so that they can hold the police dept accountable. End of the day politicians and cops get paid cause of the people. Local politicians don't ever really forget that even though the police certainly does.

This is where voting is really important. The people who say don't vote period disappoints me but I can understand where they are coming from. Voting for your local politicians has more of an impact of your daily life than voting in presidential elections. You should be able to vote for a local politician whose beliefs align with yours (police brutality, implicit bias, crime, better schools, etc)

I don't go to Starbucks, so I can't say what their policies or actions are like, but the actions of one employee at one store is not always reflective of the corporation. That said, I don't trust any of these celebrities' motivations. For all we know, Kevin has stock in Starbucks or has a couple franchise stores.
