Nah.

What I rather do is just not have an opinion.

Cause if I start cheering there is a potential chance that im cheering for a rapist, and I cant condone no shit like that.

Thats why this is so wild to me.

Like mfers is cheering but they dont know if he did it, and so potentially yall cheering for a rapist getting out based of a technicality. Thats wild.

Same for the people saying he should stay in too. It never got fully proven he raped anyone. So i could never cheer for him going to jail either. Cause potentially an innocent man is in jail.

Thats my only point. Whatever happened to just saying you dont know? If my options are to either cheer that a innocent man is in jail, or cheer that a rapist got out, i rather go with option 3 and say i dont know, and not cheer for either side.

I think he did that shit but if they got him illegally they gotta let him out.

He got out because at some point he paid somebody to have an agreement they went over that agreement's head and now they got to let him go.

A technicality can be anything from a mistake to somebody doing something illegal or outside of the rules that causes a case to be dropped.

The bold is a very different thing from saying they used some shady moves to convict him. Some crimes have no statue of limitations for a reason.

Not really. They tried Cosby on something he was not supposed to be tried on. They knew they fucked and that's why a few months ago they tried to get him to admit to a lesser crime and he stood on the fact he's innocent.

When they knew he wouldn't budge they knew they fucked up and by fucked up there fucked up big broke all types of laws. Now they let him go. If Cosby sues he'll break Pennsylvania court system
