Dog if that doesn’t say something about a man’s moral character idk what to tell you

The way y’all judge people’s characters are very twisted
There's pieces of shit dudes who will protect a kid but that don't mean they all of a sudden a good person

Caine did more for Ronnie and Anthony than Ricky did for his own fucking child.

Ricky was a horrible father. Caine was not only taking care of another niggaz child.. he was bout to move out the state with them. He tried his best to maintain the thread with his grandparents... Where as Ricky was picking fights with his brother.

He protected Ronnie from sexual assault. And he listened to wisdom when presented to him. He accepted responsibility and understood accountability. He was loyal and not afraid to speak his mind.

The fact that the night of the party was the first time him and Ronnie fucked says a whole lot about him. Dude wasn't even doing it for the pussy. It was about the purpose.

I feel like Caine understood the shit Charles S Dutton was kicking to him way more than Ricky was listening to Furious by that billboard in Compton.

Y'all act like Caine chose this shit... He was born into it. He watched his father murder people. The fact he was willing to leave that environment shows that he had a much larger capacity for change.

Caine was learning and maturing the entire movie. Reflecting on his choices and acknowledging his wrongs. That's depth.

Ricky was a dumb ass from start to goofy ass finish. Scratching a fucking lottery ticket while his brother is driving down one way streets in a panic

What good did he do besides keep the kid from getting shot that came the last minute of the movie
Saving a whole life is plenty good. Cain did plenty of bad but he was clearly portrayed as a good soul unlike an odog or doughboy. Cain was a good boy turnt bad

They ain’t gonna get it

They think “plays football and is going to college unlike delinquent brother” automatically means upstanding guy

Caine almost got Anthony killed….giving her proceeds from illegal activities is called conspiracy

Imagine not taking care of your own child but taking care of someone else lmao

Imagine getting shot because you didn’t want to go to the store for some fucking corn meal

Father of the year

Facts. They forget O-Dog was the one fucked up in the head

Cain had a conscience,…he understood accountability..,he was just struggling at doing things straight

So he knew the right way just decided to be a criminal just cause

Yea what a role model lol

Imagine irresponsibly being a 16 year old dad and the older brother catches the heat for it…

Plus there’s no proof that was his child lol

So we don’t have teen fathers out taking care of their responsibilities? What does the mom resent Doughboy have to do w Ricky

I guess we ll never know if it was his child or not now
