That doesn’t mean it was the best cinema had to offer in 2008. Isn’t that the purpose of this tournament, is to the pick the best movies base off plot, actors, cinematography, and sound not fuckin profitable and popularity.

But it was other movies that did it better, that’s the point. Where is it critical acclaim movie nominations at. It’s not even the best comic book movie of 08.
 
We counting CGI noms. Gotcha. Automatic ABW best movie of the year nomination. And I’m comparing Ironman to the class of 08 movies not Logan, dipshit.
 
This is tough because I find parts of Logan boring and the locations/girl I largely didn’t care about

Villain whose name I forget was eh. Didn’t take him seriously

I went with Logan for the fact that it seemed like the stakes mattered in a meaningful way

It was about as "real" as you could get for the source material

In other words, if this was just a movie with no comic book elements, no mutant, no abilities, I would still think it was a solid choice of the two.
