VA is considered the South especially when you go that far down. Technically, MD, DC, and VA are all the South, but realistically, the DMV is kinda where the transition from the South to the North takes place.

Really? They'd go near the bottom for me. They are boring for the most part IMO. Then again, I don't like E's production style, so that could be mostly the issue.
