Let's be honest with ourselves, hardcore fans would not have Geechi Gotti winning COTY back to back and dominating on the App. He lost to Lux and Cal this year but somehow he beating them both on the app? If COVID wouldn't had happened, Geechi would just be another Tay Roc.

But now doesn’t Nunn have a gripe and can say thousands of ppl got me winning against the 7 or whatever judges who picked Snake in the room

Midnight Madness purpose is to bring back the essence. Increase battlers stock. No battler EVER heard of Jus Cuz or Hustle before Midnight Madness. According to the attendees, they went in and showed tf out. What if they battle on the next Banned without going through the crucible?

They both agreed on the judges so he have no excuse. Any judge he felt might have bias against him, he could've replaced him/her. Just like when Serius Jones got 3LM removed from judging.

Is it safe to assume Smack put the money up for the MM niggas to battle for? That they didn't really use they own money?
I’m more than certain Beasley co-signed for Surf s ATL apartment lmao so U know he ain’t making no moves with out URL s blessing

What's the difference between Surf putting these battles on the app than smaller leagues selling their battles to URL to put on the app?
No one is saying thise two are different. In fact both cases are kinda sus. Chef Trez had a whole issue with Black Ice Cartel selling a battle of his to URL to be on that app. That's an entirely different discussion.

The pronlem we're addressing is that for all the talk of being built from the ground up, the moves being made kinda kill that optic. Why would the first place to view a battle from this independent setup (can't even call it a league) be on a specific league's exclusive app that just so happens to be behind a paywall?
