with anything, consider the source

if someone says Power is a good show, i cant take their opinions on shows serious. Its one thing to enjoy it for what it is at this point, but to insist that its a good show and that the people that trash the show are bugging...i just cant talk to you about what a good show is vs one you know is bad, but it fills an entertainment void for you.

im not saying ratings are the end all be all, but with sites like RT, I value the viewer ratings over the critics ratings. Some of our beloved hood classics are rated poorly by RT critics but loved by the viewers.
