I must not know enough about Trini culture to appreciate this like some others. Maybe had it been a southern black nanny and funeral I would have liked it more.

I had a really good laugh a couple of times, but that’s about it.

This episode draaaaaged. Took a long time to even get to the Trini funeral. And then it was over, lol.
 
Trini To The Bone def hit hard as my wifes mom is Jamaican and was and still is a nanny and for white families. Earlier this year she was telling my wife she feels she neglected her 2nd daughter from being consumed with her clients kids.

Funny tho because she watches a 3yr old white toddler and the toddler legit is in love with eating plantains, roti, rice and peas, and curry chicken. Mf request it now. Lol

Im still stickin with my original theory about white folks being the antagonists tho lol. Maybe it's a combination of the two 🤔
