If dozens of people are shot in one single weekend in #Chicago and there are ZERO arrests, that means:
A. Law enforcement is completely incompetent
B. The criminal element there is so sophisticated, they were able to outsmart police & evade prosecution
C. Law enforcement is in on it, and they are directly and indirectly orchestrating these shootings, in order to justify mass targeting of Black citizens in Chicago

So which answer do you think is correct?

Chicago police superintendent says the city had 'another unacceptable violent weekend'


Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson told reporters on Monday the city had “another unacceptable violent weekend” that led to several people shot and killed.

There were 58 people shot over the weekend in the city, six of which died from their injuries, police said.

The department has three persons of interest in custody from this weekend, Johnson announced in the press conference. Since Friday, he said, 83 illegal guns were taken off the streets and 29 people were arrested on gun related charges.

Police officers dispersed 68 informal block parties and park gatherings that may have had drugs and illegal activity, Johnson said.

“These shootings are not random, they’re fueled by gang conflicts,” Johnson told reporters.

The teens, 16-year-old Raysuan Turner and 17-year-old Darnelle Flowers, according to ABC affiliate WLS, had been reported missing by their mothers. One of the teens had been reported missing after 24 hours, while the other was reported missing after 48 hours.

Riccio said an officer was with the mother of one of the teens when she received an anonymous message saying they believed she could find her son in a wooded area. When the officer went with the mother and family members, both teens were found dead.

Police said one of the teens had no criminal history, while the other was known to police, Riccio said. He added they are speaking to two persons of interest to help determine the motive.

Johnson reiterated the importance of everyone doing their part to combat gun violence.

“We continuously fail to hold people accountable and until we do that we’re gonna continue seeing it,” he said. “These individuals are showing us every day they’re not afraid to do it, and we have to ask ourselves: 'Why? Why aren’t they afraid?'”

Credit is given where credit is due. The white supremacist has proven it's power is supreme in all areas of activity. Especially war. And if that many black folks were snitching, common sense says there would be more arrested after all these shootings. Yet the original article already has the Chief claiming black folks ain't talking anyway. So lets assess that, we've all seen first 48. Camera's are everywhere. Civilians are likely living in fear. And niggas ain't loyal. So why would snitching and self snitching not yield better results for arrest these past two weeks? And other weekends of the past that followed similiar patterns.

The exceptions, where it's clearly evident these are violent acts committed by black perpetrators, are not what I'd question. It's this notion of invisible weekend warriors that is suspicious. Lets believe what the media is trying to tell us right now, hypothetically. They are telling us that the city of Chicago is over run with Big Boss SS+ stealth having black gangsters. Of which appear to have hideouts to rival Osama Bin Laden. And the skills of Bat-Man to evade all the police technology CPD has at it's disposable. And for some reason these super thug killers like to wait till the end of the work week to start busting caps. And it's a city gripped by crime, like LA in Predator 2.

With all that, never in the history of America has any organized black organization been able to dupe law enforcement so successfully. Black people can't even obey the law in peace, but they expect us to believe Chicago "gangs" have something special figured out right now. With nothing else, but a simple "I say so" to back their words. I ain't buying all of that.
