The issue seems to be more people like you and Aries Spears being amazed that a fat person isn't wallowing in shame that they're fat. You said it yourself your issue is she's promoting being happy as she is...which is a weird ass issue to take with a person for being happy with who they are.

someone who is clinically obese is at a higher risk of hypertension, diabetes, congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, cancer, joint pain and host of other diseases than someone who is more "fit"

Any doctor or physician worth a damn will testify to this...

If someone smokes for thirty years and doesn't get cancer that doesn't negate the fact smoking causes cancer nor doesn't it mean extreme harm hasn't been done to the lungs...
