Apartment flood issue

Yeah woke up adrer first night with my chest burning and allergy hell. Spoke with the office basically tried to down play it as "it was just a little water visible" but last night I found water under the bottom cabinets and under the phony hardwood floors against the wall and showed that so she was like we can do a transfer and waive the fees which I thought they would of been more resistant so thank god for that.
