AP2.0 and Inori discuss Lupe Fiasco's "Mural"

What do you like about it and how many times have you actually listened to it?
I love the beat first and foremost. I have the perfect scene for a movie to use it in.

Secondly, it's not as intricate as mural but he still spazzing tf out on it.

I literally listen to this every single time i listen to Waves. It's easily one of my favorite songs on the entire project.

Went to rap genius and looked up the lyrics when it first dropped and stayed there for like a whole day listening and reading the meaning behind the lyrics.

Like "from the land of the po where we war saw" Warsaw, Poland. That's a pretty cool way to flip the name of a capital imo

Really simple yet kinda intricate

i'm glad you enjoy it bro... I dont think i'll ever intentionally listen to that shit ever again.

You mentioning waves reminded me that shit was actually on there. I completely forgot lol

Again, i'm not knocking the song.. but yall seem to put it so highly above some of his other works that in my opinion are conceptually much better and I dont see the appeal that yall do.

Art is subjective tho.

This…

Thought Lupe was dope since Kick Push. Which is a classic conceptual song to follow and grasp..
