Also the Chet being a ghost thing might not be the case because in season 1 there would still be a dead body laying in the hole if he was a ghost,unless he died after they got him out and it's in the woods

The blonde chick is more than likely the sister of one of groomsmen or the groom and hooked up with the Nightstalker to get him to kill the crazy chick.
