This season is going to be such a wild balance....

TVL and QOTD are really part 1 and part 2 of the most major conflict in the entire vampire Chronicles.. They're the apex of the entire series... There are many good stories after these two books.... But these were the best two books in the series.

So with that said.

They prolly need 2 seasons a piece to properly cover both books. That's 4 more seasons.... And the hype is crazy right now...

But given the shelf life if TV,I can see them hanging this up after finishing QOTD in what would be season 6 overall...

Which is WILD considering they could easily do another 6 seasons with the rest of the books even more if they really want to.

BUT.........

A huge part of TVL is flashbacks and his life story...I just really hope that doesn't kill the hype of Akasha. Cuz that's when business picks up.

If you only going off the movie, and never read the books..... Y'all really have no idea how ridiculously over the top Akasha is.

I actually went back and read this entire thread. Nothing I posted prepares you for her. It's really that big of a deal. And I love the way the show addressed her in the first two seasons. This is definitely MCU Thanos level
