My comments from Twitter and IG regarding my thoughts...

I feel like SOME guys who think they’re alphas are similar to the “IMMATURE” versions of betas the author described. SOME have more toxic traits when they’re self proclaimed alphas. They believe that’s being a man... and being balanced, kind, or collaborative is weak/beta.

And it's not even completely their fault. It's what society teaches them. A guy can't even give a woman a compliment or be respectful without some dude yelling in the background, SIMP! SHE'S NOT GONNA FUCK YOU. Like showing respect or kindness is automatically seen as weak amongst some guys.

But back to the point...
I think this should say mature alpha vs immature alpha, mature beta vs immature beta - or simply mature vs immature and squash the other titles.
Overall, I don't think the titles help anything in the long run. Kinda hard to help someone "mature" if you're constantly making them feel inferior.
