ABW Stock Exchange: All Things Investing

I use Firstrade to buy stocks. Its literally a trash ass brokerage but the shit is really free and i didnt see any limitations on it yet.

The website design and app designs are ass but you can literally buy anything.

For example, merill edge wont let you buy certain stocks. Swppx for example. It will instead recommend other funds but charge a commission for them.

Robinhood has a ton of limitations and stocks/funds it wont let you buy.

Firtstrade so far has had none of that. Small company, trash website and customer service, but it gets the job done better than others.

My only worry is that its a chinese company. Been in business in the US since 1984, but i get paranoid like ima wake up one day and its gonna be gone with all my money. Even though thats not possible.

its not supposed to show your balance.

when i go to transfers

i see

transfer to robinhood
transfer to your bank
and scheduke automatic deposit

and under that withdrawable cash.


i click on transfer to robinhood......
i have my bank
then empty place for the amount i want to transfer
then options of 100, 2500 and 5000

do you see this?

etrade i havent run into anything yet.

and i like the app.....it allows me to see real time movements of my stocks on my homepage.

nah it won’t let me transfer anything

I might go through E*TRADE

yea i like it.......you can also select which you want on the homepage......your portfolio, balance, watchlist, and movers.

I think the movers option would help you out alot.

app can be tricky at times tho
 
App wise, Merril Edge is the best. App is super useable and Merril Edges data is top notch. A ton of articles on anything you wanna invest in. Only issue is all their fees and limitations on what you can buy.

I haven’t been charged any fees but I don’t ask them for advice either
