COMMUNITY ABW Court: WhisperingEye vs Germs Sexual Harassment

we doing a poll or are we actually getting a jury for this one?
 
if they are on the jury, can they be called in as witnesses?

we have a couple of people on our witness list that you have selected as jurors

we would like to give the newer members a chance to be on the jury as they will have no prejudice or prior knowledge of previous dealings and we feel they can insert a fresh set of thoughts to review the evidence we want to present.

I’m not opposed to new members being on the jury but if they don’t show, they don’t have the means to pay me. Which members are you calling forward as witnesses? I can surely replace them.
