Trying a beef stew with roasted potatoes

Hopefully this slow cooker thing works like the instructions say
 
Well it did come out good

With the exception of my son (who doesn’t eat anything) we all enjoyed it.

Nothing like some beef and tatoes to put a man to sleep. All I was missing was a side of pussy and I would say last night was a good night.

target had a dope same day coupon on some chicken tenderloins that were on the last day of the sell by/freeze date

i got 4 packs of them, regularly priced at $3.99/pack for $1.99 each

so sundays meal prep is two packs with two different seasoning packs (slow cooker bbq and buffalo wild wing both by McCormick)...

sliced sweet potatoes and broccoli
 
Was gonna make some jerk chicken, bnut forgot I needed a day to prep.

So I got some black sea bass, shrimp, plantains, greens, rice...somethin about to go down tonite.
