Aaron Rodgers claims he’s a victim of “the woke mob” and “cancel culture” Update:Rodgers blames the hatred directed @ him on media driven “Fear Porn”.

I been tryna tell ppl this nigga was a doof and now I feel vindicated lol.

Hilarious how all the "independent thinkers" have the same opinion.

ask them what studies they've researched

The problem was the exemption would still classify him as unvaxxed, thus forcing him under unvaxxed protocols which he was trying to avoid with his immunization protocol.

It's there........in the vid.

Because he still wouldn't be vaccinated so the classification wouldn't have been wrong. Had he just followed the protocols he wouldn't be at risk for suspension. Had he not been intentionally misleading in his initial answer he wouldn't be getting cooked by everybody. He did this to himself

I'd bet everyone talking shit read more.headlines and retweets than the actual words out his mouth.

Never fails

Yeah because the white man quoting MLK trying to draw a comparison to him intentionally being deceptive and misleading to racial oppression to go after "woke cancel culture" is going to be misunderstood.

Right. He said had there been a follow up question to "I've been immunized" he would've went down the "I believe in bodily autonomy" route. Stated he didn't out right say he not vaxxed bc of the "witchhunt to find out which players didn't get the shot". But the team knew and the league knew. Especially since he petitioned.

He stated considering he gets tested daily and follows all other protocols, along with whatever his immunization protocol that was administered with the advice of MDs and homeopathic doctors, he wasn't a threat to anyone.

I'm pretty much answering everything u could've got from the vid.

5 pages of mfs who ostracizing "critical thinking" while literally echoing retweets and baiting headlines.

This is overly dramatic.

There's no witchmob. There's multiple players in the NFL who've been open about not getting vaccinated. Lamar Jackson, Carson Wentz being 2 of the more high profile ones and nobody gave 2 fucks. So he manufactured some bullshit in his own head, tried to skirt a direct response and is now getting roasted for it. The criticism isn't because he's not vaccinated. It's because of his initial misleading answer, possibly not following protocols, and subsequent follow up where he said quite a few nonsensical things.

There's nothing to defend him from other than his own bad decisions

He doesn't owe the public private info of his health. As long as the team and league knows so they can act accordingly based on the rules.

Kyrie didn't mislead anyone when he said he wasn't vaxxed and still got shitted on. It will happen regardless.

You're right he doesn't owe them. So he could've just said "I'm not answering" instead of being giving a misleading answer. Also that he may not have actually been following protocols so again he brought this on himself.. And it's been explained to you why Kyries situation went the way it went. Add on top of that Aaron Rogers not being vaccinated wouldn't have affected his playing status and its an even worse comparison.

Yea he did. Whether u agree it applies or not if he thinks the laws/mandates are unjust especially regarding people's bodily autonomy the comparison is arguable.

It's not an argument that's gonna stick because the basis of what MLK spoke on was about racial oppression. Something you have no control over. Aaron Rogers is trying to compare something he has the option to do or not do that won't cost him his job or his life. The laws MLK was referring to literally costs Black peoples lives and led to the literal destruction of people's families and entire neighborhoods at times. It don't compare and it's an insult to even think it does.

He's also not too bright because if his whole thing against the vaccines was unproven long term results, yet he's currently taking advice from Joe Rogan who also used things without full studies on long term effects then he's being hypocritical as well. He made his point very clear. He has a thing against what he perceives as "woke cancel culture". From his ridiculous use of the term when he was actually getting laughs and positive reactions from people when he cussed out the Bears fans to now this. He has a clear thing in his head that he's created that there's people out to get him when nobody actually was.

Lol yea..."I'm not answering" would've definitely stopped the convo. It probably would've had the exact effect he was trying to avoid. He wasn't worried about his playing status he was worried about the "witch hunt".....it's right there.....in the vid.

He also listed all the protocols he was adhering to and what the league and team was aware of. It's right there...in the vid.

If one was being genuine, can they not draw parallels between this and the vaccinated vs unvaccinated tribalism occuring?

Especially considering unvaxxed are being segregated or losing their jobs?

Bro unvaxxers are putting people at risk and a company has to protect their employees. I know someone else who died a few months ago from that covid shit so precautions need to be taken but no one is being forced to get vaxxed. Your argument is trash since Rodgers can still play while unvaxxed. I got vaxed to protect my family and glad my sister and lil cousin recovered from covid. All this crap people like Rodgers is spewing is bullshit period. This does not compare to racial discrimination at all. This is a viral outbreak that needs to be contained.

The league is allowing him to play unvaxxed as long as he follows protocols which he claims he does and stated all the things he's not allowed to do that his vaxxed teammates are, where he can't go while his vaxxed teammates can.

Mind u he's tested first thing every single day but if his teammates are vaxxed how is he a threat to them?

We can talk personal anecdotes all day there are stories from both sides of it.
