Word. I'm just thrown off by "cash" I get the credit or even them sending money back to form of payment ie debit, credit cards. I took it as they're gonna hand everyone cash on the spot when that's probably not what they meant.

I could be wrong, but I don't think that's what they mean. Sometimes people use "cash refund" to mean that your actual money is returned to you rather than receiving credit at that company or a trade for another product. lol It would be kinda funny if it was actual cash though. Some of these tickets are expensive as hell. People going to be getting robbed coming out of the airport.
