My wife and I were JUST talking about this over the weekend. Ain't no more forgiveness for this shit. Black folks in America are LONG past forgiveness. Regardless of if they sue that woman or the owner of the pool/property for money he purposefully took abuse for something to happen on the back end be that legally(jail) and/or civilly(money).

I have a problem with that. Especially with black people knowing the law is not applied equally.
