That's going to be a hard case to make.

In the moment, If she had threw the ride in reverse and bailed outta there and hit pregnant broad and/or dragged the other chick then they can say she was in fear for her life.

But...

The fight was clearly over when she hit the pregnant chick. They parted ways, the dynamic duo had their backs turned to the victim and had put distance between them and the victim initially before ole girl pulled out and ran her over. That will make it nearly impossible to convince a judge or jury that she was still in fear for her life.

No, they weren't blocking her escape. I posted a sceenshot from the video a few pages back; there was ample room to go around them.
The fight was over and had de-escalated to the point where the two assailants had casually walked away.
Knowing the Wayne County Prosecutor's office, she's most likely going to get felonious assault or attempted murder for it.

I'm sure that's the defense her lawyer is gonna use. Detroit PD has already identified her and they're waiting for her to turn herself in, so we'll see how this plays out.
