When you suggest that the baby's life isn't worth concern just because the mother is a dipshit, then you're basically saying the baby's death is an acceptable consequence.
 
This looks like attempted murder. I know in order to prove murder or attempted murder you must show that it was the person's intent to kill the victim. Looking at this video I don't think it's going to be that difficult in this case. I'm sure the driver will claim self-defense,, the driver was scared or that the driver intended to simply wound the individual, or perhaps even frighten her. The driver needs a great lawyer that's for sure.
