Not disagreeing with you but didn't Hoover have a murder conviction also? His ability to give orders to commit murder may make him a public threat in some peoples eyes.

Hoover is in his 70's and I think his debt has been paid. Maybe if he guarantees that once free he will not live in the state of Illinois.

Not a fella, but I dealt with postpartum hair loss. Using rosemary oil the night before washing hair and using massage to stimulate blood flow (you can get a head massage tool or use your hands). Making sure you eat foods like eggs, spinach, sweet potatoes, fatty fish, and avocados will help too.
