The funniest thing about anime becoming more mainstream is the random references in people's conversations. I was at the dealership getting my wife's car services and two dudes was in there talking like:

"Yo, you hear about the fight between Jamal and Sam?"
"Nah, who won?"
"Jamal smacked the shit out of that nigga - sent his ass to the Soul Society with one hit."

I couldn't help but laugh at that shit.

first time I saw a meme about a nigga gettin' sent to the shadow realm I felt the same way.

Yeah I remember the days when anime was seen as so damn taboo…

Now it’s almost expected to watch it……One Piece, Naruto and Bleach really changed the world

I'd go back further than that. Sailor Moon, Yu Yu Hakusho, Yu Gi Oh, Cowboy Bebop, Dragonball, Trigun, Gundam Wing, etc I think is really what pushed it into the mainstream.

Hebrew National dogs., diced up and cooked until browned and slightly crispy

Mix it into your mac and cheese once it’s made..

And do not discard the fat from the dogs, the whole thing goes in

Now shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in Mac & Cheese is great.

I haven't had it in ages but I like it

My favorite is mac and cheese with stewed tomatoes. Needs to be homemade cheese though
