All tips are pooled. Then divided based on how many hours you worked
It don't matter if it was card or cash
Card is actually easier, cuz the system automatically does it.

But say

Server 1: works 4 tables. 6 hours. ... Total $255 in tips... Cash and card

Server 2: works 2 tables.... 4 hours.... $175 in tips cash and card...


That's 10 total hours worked... $430 in total tips...

That's $43 an hour.

Server 1 worked 6 gets $258
Server 2 worked 4 gets $172

It fluctuates from night to night... But normally comes out clean
