He'll be fine. What happened to the Titan was the result of negligence and base greed. Triton Submarines, the manufacturer of the sub that is slated to go down, created the DSV Limiting Factor which holds the current record for a crewed descent. Every descent of depth is dangerous but we have long known how to do it. OceanGate chose not to take the proper precautions and suffered for it.
This is intentional click bait. These guys have nothing to do with Ocean Gate or their janky subs so idk why they included that OceanGate pic. They have their own reputable submarine company thats well respected and proven to work. Thats why they said they're going to prove "the industry is safe", not OceanGate.
Triton Subs have made subs that go deeper than the Titanic. Literally to the bottom of the ocean, deep, with no problems. They'll be fine.
It was posted on here in the past, but they're the ones that made this sub, that set a record for the deepest dive in history (almost 36,000ft) and has also been to the deepest points of all 5 oceans.
The guy who commissioned it hired all the experts in this field, took years of research and think spent like 20 or so mill.
