6yo student shot a teacher, leaving the teacher in critical condition during an altercation at a Virginia elementary school

So she may not even get that $10M if the assistant principal is found guilty in her own criminal case because the insurance may not payout and she damn sure likely doesn't have that kind of money (what principal has that kind of money? Lol)

They determined he was too young to know wtf laws were

Apparently he went to a counselor at least

Though if he was a violent bastard before the shooting... not punishing him for actually shooting someone even with his young age seems irresponsible of the state IMO

Kid may not know wtf 1st degree murder is but I'm sure "NO!" is registered in his brain somewhere
