I think this sets up Đurišić to be Trae's backup.

Good move. I believe more in Đurišić, who is an excellent passer.
While I hope you’re right I don’t know how much he can play when the guard rotation is

Trae
Daniels
NAW
Kennard

They all going to play and while I know some a diff position but both Trae and Daniels could play SG if need be

But I hope Djurisic gets mins

Vit Krejci in the cut as well

Hmm…

Atlanta

But that’s really without thinking hard

Assuming both have organic growth and both stay healthy id give Atlanta the edge.

Atlanta has also put themselves in a great position to get a headstart on a teardown and rebuild if it doesn't work out.

Ive been very high on Atlanta most of the summer and still really like the team on paper....Only thing that really gives me cause for concern is the health of KP, Jalen Johson and Kennard

I love the talent and fit though

They are deeper, have less offensive questions, and have a clear pecking order

Detroit is questionable and what if ausar and Holland come back with little improvement offensively?

Jalen Duren CANT improve offensively imo either

Risacher has more offensive upside than anybody on Detroit outside of Cade too

I still like Atlanta more too, I think Detroit might be a slight regression candidate this year but thats ok if they get development in the right places

You think Risacher has more upside offensively than Jaden Ivey?

Yes overall but I guess I’m projecting forward and not focusing on just next season

I do wonder Ivey fits in with Holland and Ausar (I assume he just won’t ever get the ball like his brother)

Pistons are lucky Beasley isn’t back to muddy things up more

Then you got that queer caris levert there too

I would probably agree but I also think since its been so long people kind of forget how good Ivey was playing before he got hurt

It was a small sample size but if the way he was shooting is real than thats a pretty valuable offensive player....he was shooting like 40% on over 5 attempts per game

Risacher is who I would rather have long term but offensively it could be close
