I forgot where I heard it but I like the idea of the Pacers going after Porzingis on a team friendly deals this summer.....pretty much gives you the same element as Turner

You lose the perimeter defense from Myles but your offense would probably be better since KP has a such a drastically faster release than Turner

Like @Freeman said though, once you make that Bane trade you're signaling that its over and you dont believe in this anymore....cant make your team significantly worse by trading Bane for a vastly inferior player like KCP and say otherwiss

Your first paragraph is exactly how they thought things would play out. The sad part is Morant can’t stay healthy and hasn’t improved his game much.


Hindsight is 20/20 and it’s easy for us to say they should’ve traded Morant now. Many folks ( besides @MrBeef because he hated the guy 😂 ) would’ve been hesitant to think that last season.

I think they don’t necessarily have to rip the team down to the studs. They are gonna miss the playoffs if they move Morant, so trade him and then build in the offseason. If a team calls with a good deal for JJJ do it and then completely rebuild

Kp needs to go back to europe where he can play once a week lol.

I agree with you but I just dont understand they point of keeping JJJ around if you trade Ja.......Im not saying just dump him for pennies on the dollar but what are you doing with JJJ as your best player? All you're doing delaying the inevitable and letting the value go down the longer he stays

@MrBeef already said it but this is how you end up in the same situation Miami is in right now


They have picks from the Bane deal.....get a nice return for Jarren combined with Edey, Wells, Coward, Pippen....you can be setup nice the new OKC, San Antonio,Houston
