Magic are kind of put themselves in a situation where they're stuck with this team so they have to figure it out and just hope Paolo starts to play better.

Swapping out Mosely for a different coach is probably the most realistic approach and seeing if someone else can do something different

Even if they wanted to move paolo his deal is a poison pill this year so they're gonna have to wait until the summer before they can attempt to move off him. The focus in the immediate future really should be finding a way to dump Suggs. Thats bad money and hes just in blacks way.
