I know fam but seeing someone give up positive assets for Sabonis upsets me


If all things were equal with the contracts and you could pick who would rather have, you're taking Sabonis over Jerami Grant?
 
Someone will give up positive assets for him because they will let analytics convince them he's worth it

They I think have it in them to absorb Sabonis
They have the team that can make up for Sabonis’ lack of defense
He would play next to Clingan and or Rob Williams so he would be strictly a PF

This also give the blazers a “star”

It’s not a great one but he is a real talent to put around sharpe, camara, Deni, and Clingan

Sabonis cannot guard forwards in today's nba, he can barely guard center's. He's not a star he's a liability that needs the ball in his hands to get his shit off. Unswitchable on defense, poor shooter, misses a ton of shots at the rim, most of his assists come off dribble hand offs and shovel passes he's not as dynamic a passer as the assist numbers would lead you to believe. All he's really good for is rebounds and setting picks.

Sabonis overrated af.

But as long as niggas like Troy Weaver and Nico Harrison are in the NBA, someone will trade for him cause of box score magic/analytics

Depends on team make up but I know that’s a gay answer you not gonna like

I’m not the biggest Steven Adams fan btw lol

But luckily for you as a Heat fan I see the value in a guy who can actually rebound and isn’t bad defensively

I GUESS I’ll take Adams 🙄
 
Going to be a very interesting stretch for Orlando, groin injuries can be tricky and their offense was already struggling
