I tried to be objective during the Super Bowl but now that’s it’s over… fuck the 49ers no one wants to see this team succeed under Kyle Shanahan. You fire your DC when he & his unit the big reason why you were still fighting in the biggest game of the year until the end. This era of 9ers football gonna go down in flames.

Held KC to only 1 TD through 4 quarters and that drive started inside SF 10 yard line.

KC fumbled 5 times (only lost 1)

Forced an INT to start the 3rd quarter

but want to blame the black dude

Their best player on defense Fred Warner gave up big plays all night too. He definitely getting a pass on his performance

Another play where he was scared to stand tall in the pocket and take that hit to make the throw.

He’s not good enough to throw like that. ARod, Mahomes, Stafford, Burrow. Only a select few can make those throws off balance consistently and he’s not one of them

Wilks didn't get fired for just the Super Bowl (although he had blunders there too) he got fired for his work over the course of the entire season.

Hate it had to be him but he was asked to adapt to the system already in place and that led to our defense taking a step back statistically.

Tied 4th in passing defense TD with 20. Elite

Tied for 1st in INTs. Elite

Defense was 3rd against the run yards wise . Gave up 4.1, middle of the pack still a good number

Tied for 4th in rushing TD. Elite

Gave up 30 TDs all year. Less than 2 a game. Elite

Kyle Shananhan lost that game for his team cause he put the game in Mid Purdy's hands. The offense failed not the d. This is a really bad look.
