If you're the Mavs GM, how do you make them better next season?

I think they should look at Siakam, PJ and/or OG.

Siakam's contract expires this year. I would want Siakam or OG as consistent 3rd option.

Mavs went all in on Daniel Gafford and PJ Washington

They have their 2025 and 2026 first to trade.....that's it


Hopefully they continue to mortgage their future for more mid players though

Mavs get better when lively becomes the full time starter and O max gets unleashed as a 6’8 two way forward and getting rid of THJ for an actual backup PG
