Always looked at Mikal Bridges as our backup plan if Donovan Mitchell doesn’t sign the extension, but I’m happy things worked out the way they did. 5 1st round picks is a little steep for Mikel Bridges in my opinion.

He was solid in the summer league. I wouldn't think it's fair to judge him yet since he is one of those rookies you slowly bring along.
