Most of these "stars" were there at the same time. Can't blame the Org if the talent just gets their ass kicked.

Similarly or less effective/skilled "stars" have taken comparable or better rosters past the 1st round. Those Pelican teams just weren't good enough. KD nets, PG/Kawhi Clippers, Harden/CP3 Rockets, Melo Knicks etc.

Sometimes solid rosters just lose, it happens

Crazy payout but salute to him for trying to keep this current team together as long as they possibly can

I feel like he took less not even to win but just to go through the years with the guys on the team
