I get all that. I really do. I just think his "style" of coaching is played out. The days of the stern disciplinarian type coach roaming the sidelines not calling any plays are played out. It worked with an older team but the Steelers have gotten a lot younger over the last few years. TJ Watt has been a blessing for him. He needs a change of scenery imo. He has a perfect style for college. Tomlin would be in the NCAA what everyone thinks Deion will become. I know. I know. He's not going to college.
