Chicago is the only cold weather city that deserves a dome stadium yet doesn’t have one. Crazy no Final Fours, Super Bowls or Wrestlemanias have happened in that city (I know Wrestlemania has been in Rosemont but they’ll never get one again without a stadium). I’m all for playing in the elements but that place to me is the exception.
