1984 or 2024. Talent is talent. If you're ready. You're ready. Like you said, this is all coming from a scout of another team so it really does not mean much until it does. But a 19 year old should not be down for load management. That kinda talk should make him angry.

It shouldn’t make him angry that the team he plays for wants him to get acclimated correctly based on him as a player

Him being thrown out there and just figuring it out can be damaging for his career

It’s happened to many players

Him being a 7 foot 15 underweight perimeter player can be damaging to his career.
