Other players look at how front offices treat star players and players who've had major moments. Remember the Celtics front office had a bad rep for years because of how they treated Isaiah Thomas and star players openly said that's why they didn't wanna be traded or go there really during free agency.

I thought he had a very great regular season but just wasn't as impactful in the post season. He wasn't trash but just didn't do enough the later the series went on
