Like if I was a team like the nets or hornets I would trade for Zion because he would boost the fanbase and make people actually go watch those teams and if it doesn’t work out it’s not like those teams are seriously competing anyways
I’m acting a bit contradictory since I said I wouldn’t trade scoot for zion the other day but thinking on it some more I think Miller is the better pick for the hornets

Because the nets don’t have marketable players and lost Kyrie/KD/Harden and Zion would make fans want to go to games

I told you before in our Simons discussion that the Nets are trying to remain competitive and I imagine that the Pelicans want to do the same. It ties into the discussion imo. We don’t have anything they want. Obviously Bridges is off the table.

We don’t have anything they want besides Bridges and Bridges is off the table so getting a Zion would be difficult. In an ideal scenario we want to pair Zion and Bridges together.
