Blame USC and the Pac-12.

The Big-12 came to the Pac-12 to merge leagues but was turned away, then the Pac-12 wanted to expand shortly after and USC said no just to turn around and leave.

A lot of these dudes just use to being the big fish but get around other big fishes and fail to realize that they ain't him

So they just hop from school to school
