Tbh Harden is the one that should be coming off the bench. But I can see a scenario where to appease Harden they’ll make him start.

Russ works better with PG and Kawhi because he’s primarily out there to facilitate and he’ll pick his spots when to score without needing to feel like he has to get his shots. He pushes the pace and creates better opportunities for fast break points or points in transition.
