I’ve never been there because the prices
aren’t right, I can get chicken Chaufa and lomo Saltado elsewhere, for a decent price.
Shoutout to all the Peruvians though.

What happened to Venezuela has more to do with poor planning for a drop in oil prices, corruption, its low grade of oil and sanctions against them by the US.
Venezuela has more oil than any country on earth, so there is no reason why they shouldn’t be operating like the gulf states do unless America says no.
