I don’t know if he guilty or not I just know the rules of the land. The same evidence you posted wasn’t enough for police to press charges once further evidence came to light.

In this country the evidence presented is enough for police to press charges with or without her statement or consent. If they believe it was done by MG or whoever the alleged person may be.

And to be honest my opinion is just to question everything. I only started to question this as time went by.

You have to have a strong case to present to a jury let's say they're back together and they use her as a witness. If a case isn't strong enough it's deemed as wasting tax payers money.

But most importantly let's not forget from the last report that looked at policing in the met ( I know this case wasn't the met but it's the biggest most funded force in the country) the report said rape convictions in London is so low rape is basically legal in the capital. Imagine how bad convictions are in other regions with less money

I understand and I get this one is a sensitive one.

The way this whole case has been presented to me led to questions.
